Meditation – a simple how-to . . .

Sit comfortably 
Crossed legs
Hands in your lap
Lower your eyes but don’t close them
Fix your gaze somewhere neutral
Breathe in and out through your nose
Focus on your breath
Count your breaths

If you lose count start at 1 again

If your mind starts wandering… or you are interrupted….just go back to counting your breaths

Set a timer for 10 minutes
Add a few minutes every day until you can go for at least 30 minutes

Repeat daily

You will feel a growing sense of peace
You will be calmer
Your focus will improve 
Your mind will sharpen
Life will slowly change for the better

You just need to do it every day

By about day 3 you will start noticing a difference
